The
Pedal Paddle Run race consists of bicycling 6 miles
(on- and off-road), kayaking 1.5 miles and running
2.4 miles. There will be family, teen, friends,
corporate, uniform services and the funniest division.
There is also IronMan and IronWoman divisions.*

Faunce Landing and the Bay.
9:00 am – race starts
Prizes: Immediately after the race.

Rules
Prizes:
Award ceremony immediately after the race. All participants
must wear safety equipment for all activities. Hard
shell helmet required for bicycling. Life preserver
required for kayaking. Only team members permitted
to help put kayak in and out of water. A team can
consist of two or as many as four members. All participants
are responsible for gear: bikes, helmets, kayaks,
paddles, life preservers & all personal belongings.
All bikes are welcome. Team participants must be
10 or older. Ironperson participants must be 13
or older. Parent or guardian signature needed for
participants under 18.
*Ironperson
divisions: 13 to 19 years old, 20 to 29 years
old, 30 to 49 years old, 50 plus
