Happy Friday Attales Family, In this week's video, we talk about "Paying the Toll" that is always in front of us in life if we are ever to realize our greatest potential in the epic battle of "You vs You". Obstacles, setbacks, challenges, and even triumphs are always temporary in life. There is no finish line....only the constant push to get a little bit better each day whether as a student, as a young man/young woman, as a parent, or even as a Principal. We constantly need to keep pushing in life and this means "paying that toll" each day. How did you get a little bit better today? Accept the challenge Attales Family!
Due to a variety of reasons, student schedules this year will look a little different in our COVID modified return schedule. In this video, Mr. Burns goes over how to read/understand student schedules in our COVID modified return schedule. We will have 3 different types of schedules within this year's master schedule: In-Person, Hybrid, and All Virtual. Trying to create three different master schedules that need to operate simultaneously AND making student schedules easy to read/understand is an incredibly complex and complicated process. Because of this, we felt it was important to create a video to guide students/parents as they see their student schedule for this first time in this modified reopening schedule. The video starts with an intro and then goes into 5th grade "In-Person" schedules vs "All Virtual" schedules followed by the more complex 6th - 8th grade scheduling for both Hybrid students and our "All Virtual" students. You can fast forward the video to watch the segments that apply to your student. Student schedules are slated to be released by Sept 1 on the Realtime Parent Portal. Once released, please contact the Attales Office with questions regarding student schedules or with trouble accessing your parent portal account. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your summer!
