Broadband Survey

Residents urged to complete Broadband Survey
Posted on 11/01/2022
Broadband graphicThe state of New Jersey is asking parents to participate in a Broadband Access Survey that will help identify areas that are lacking sufficient broadband access. Those areas will then be eligible for the expansion of broadband with federal and state grant funding.

Simply speaking, broadband is high-speed internet.

One of the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic was the importance of equitable broadband access to ensure all communities have access to high-speed internet for school, work, government services, medical visits and consultations, quality of life applications, and more.

The state has set a goal of 100% broadband availability to all residents and businesses. This data will reveal the current state of broadband and any gaps in our service provider infrastructure.

Please fill out the survey at www.broadband-nj.com.

Thank you for your participation!
