Current Attales Schedule vs Potential COVID Closure Schedule (Video Explanation)
With the recent rise in COVID cases resulting in school closures throughout our area, our State, and the entire country, we wanted to take this time to review the "What if..." scenario should this reality eventually hit the Attales Middle School in the future and we are also forced to close temporarily at some point due to COVID. As you’ll see in this short video, our current schedule allows for a relatively seamless transition from our existing in-person/hybrid/all virtual schedule to a potential COVID closure/all remote schedule. In addition to explaining this "What if..." scenario in this video, we also created a quick reference chart titled “Current Attales Schedule vs Possible COVID Closure Schedule” which can be found on our Attales homepage (www.abseconschools.org/Domain/9). Regardless of the obstacles that may be in front of us in the coming weeks and months, we will continue to Adapt...Adjust... and Overcome in our efforts to provide the best teaching and learning experience for staff, our students, and our entire Attales Family learning community. Stay safe and keep up the great work!

Friday Message from Mr. Burns 10.16.20
Happy Friday Attales Family, In this week's video, we talk about "Paying the Toll" that is always in front of us in life if we are ever to realize our greatest potential in the epic battle of "You vs You". Obstacles, setbacks, challenges, and even triumphs are always temporary in life. There is no finish line....only the constant push to get a little bit better each day whether as a student, as a young man/young woman, as a parent, or even as a Principal. We constantly need to keep pushing in life and this means "paying that toll" each day. How did you get a little bit better today? Accept the challenge Attales Family!
